JRAP

COORDINATOR POSITION

STIPEND: $200* per semester

Being a JRAP Coordinator is a great way to strengthen your leadership skills and get involved in Jewish life on campus. You’ll get to know more students in your residence hall and create fun, exciting events for your friends and neighbors. It’s a great position to list on your resume as well! And most importantly, you will be serving the Jewish community in an amazing, fun, meaningful way.

JRAP Coordinators will be required to attend a brief training session, meet once a week with other JRAP Coordinators and the Engagement Director. It is expected that JRAPpers hold at least one program in their area a month (4 per semester). In addition, we will ask that JRAP coordinators maintain a binder of their work for the semester. Inside this binder, JRAPpers will track attendance at programs, develop programming write-ups, budgets, and marketing tools for their events and write a small reflection on the programming they hold to serve as an evaluation and a learning tool. Hillel will provide JRAP Coordinators with a small budget for events and pay a stipend of $200* (to be paid upon completion of the semester) for their work.

*This sum will be adjusted if less than 4 programs occur
